Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
